When you sign up for drops or restock updates, the store saves your email, signup type and date after your consent. Request removal through our contact page. Automatic email delivery is currently inactive.

Your wishlist and recently viewed pieces are stored only in this browser, without being sent to your account or a third party. Remove wishlist pieces using the heart button. Clearing this site's browser data removes these lists, your bag and display preferences.

The store assistant provides automated replies. When AI is enabled, your messages and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI with public product and policy information. Your account and order data are not automatically sent. Do not send passwords or card details. The store does not save chat text in its database; it remains on the page until reload. Provider data handling follows its own policies.

Accounts store your name, email, password hash and terms acceptance date. An essential account session cookie lasts up to 30 days and is revoked at sign-out. Your terms choice is saved in a cookie for one year and can be reviewed in the footer. Account history includes orders placed while signed in; guest orders are not linked by email alone.

We collect the contact and delivery details you provide at checkout to process your order, arrange delivery, and respond to questions. Order details are stored in the store database and are accessible to the store administrator.

Your bag is saved in your browser’s local storage so it stays available when you return. Your language choice is saved in a preference cookie for one year. Reactions and reviews use an anonymous visitor cookie for one year to remember your reaction and limit duplicate submissions. Administrator login uses a session cookie. This store does not include advertising trackers.

Electronic payments take place on the payment provider’s secure page. We do not collect or store your full card details. The payment provider receives the details necessary to process the payment, including the order amount and your contact details.

Contact the store to ask about your information or request its deletion. Some order information may need to be retained for transaction records.
